Would you be able to help with a reinstall of the DVD player? I'm just going to assume mine's dead. Do you know what DVD player you installed for the 2 customers?

Dude, how many times do I have to PM you. My camera is not working correctly, I paid 500$ to have it installed and it was done correctly even though your kit did not come complete, and the instructions were for an M5 not a 535,
call my shop 201 666 3500 or I will start a dispute tomorrow afternoon through paypal. Horrible customer service, before, during, and after. And your product is not working correcly NOR have you responded to any of my recent PM's the last 3-4 weeks.
If you are not the owner, have the owner call me so I can REAM him about being $1000 deep with a rear view camera that turns on when it wants to and gets stuck in reverse.
If you would just call my shop and talk to the owner or just reply to ONE PM, I wouldn't have to lash out on your awful business skills/customer service.
Truthfully I want a refund for the product and you to pay for the un installment of your bootleg camera system. I think that is the right thing to do considering this could be the worst transaction I've ever made. The only time you answered so fast is when I paid the $500 through paypal, once you saw I paid your response was lightning fast, have not heard a word since!
And please don't give me the "installer who installed the kit did not know what he is doing" He is a 10 year BMW Master Tech who knows his shit, I should have gotten my camera through "Alecshop" ... if your the owner I don't know how you are in business.
No response = dispute by end of day tomorrow. call the shop 201 666 3500 and ask for Sal or Tom for the 14th time.

He supposedly filed a claim to the manufacturer of the DVD player. Almost a year ago- no further responses from this guy. A simple follow up would have been nice.
