try a thin layer of white lithium grease between hub/spacer and spacer/rim. makes tire changes much, much easier.

BTW, the rust between the hub and rim is not just because of moisture, it is a result of galvanic corrosion.

Only the 5mm spacer doesn't have the hub centric lip? How much more for a set of silver extended bolts for the 10mm spacers?

That's correct. $27 for (10) silver extended lug bolts.
