I ordered mine a few days ago but I finally sat down and read ALL 12 pages of this thread.

What is the fitment issue with an mtech bumper and the quad diffuser and how do I get around it besides putting an m5 bumper on?

Thanks,

Jamie

You may need to modify the rear diffuser to fit the openings, we've never had this question before.

Well, got everything and finished it up today. Here are some pics of the exhaust on a 08 550:

Sound just a tad deeper than stock, and quiet in cab on highways NO DROAN. Pretty much normal driving with a hint of deepness growl.
Install -
On an OEM M5 bumper, the right tends to hug to the left and touch the bumper and the battery drop hinders a bit on the corner. Need to indent the upper pipe a tad to move away from touching the bumper and twist the hang just a tad to pull away. Need to modify a piece of pipe to fit from the bigger oem pipe to the new muffler piping. Other than that, a good installer will get it done.
The tips stick out a tad but I guess for the price of this setup I can except it. Looking dead on from the rear, I think it looks real good. The OEM M5 bumper literally takes 30 minutes to pop on, real easy. Installer charged me 150....

Finally finished production of the next batch.
Arrival slated for November 25th.

All pre-orders save $50 from the $599 price we offer regularly.

With this system would I need to remove my OEM center muffler? Would it sound a little louder without it?
