I just purchased these,changed them out and no difference between Mtec and vxx. I do not have a pic though.

There are several concerns regarding what you describe below you may want to take a quick look at.

When compared to our own 5W system, the units is not obviously brighter immediately, however if you look at it during the day, it presents a much fuller whiter ring and is daytime visible. Additionally, there is also the limitation of the fiber optics and it's similar to a old dusty colored plate glass church window where no matter how powerful - or more powerful - the light used, you can't get through the fiber optic part (which could be burnt from previous years of halogen bulb usage).

at least if they are both as bright, for non mtec user, at least this is a cheaper option.

Im correcting myself. Umnitza vxx are brighter during the day for sure!!

I would still like to see driver and passenger side daytime comparisons between the Mtec V3 and VXX.
