Is this refund specifically for members who bought from joe or anyone who buys from any distributor? I bought mine from ebay like almost a year ago and the seller don't exist anymore... Now I'm stuck with this intake which is useless...

Is my understanding correct that we need to have the ORIGINAL box
to be included in this refund process? Some of us purchased this product
months ago and may have already discarded the original box.
What options do we have?

For the box I would try calling Paul on this and see what he can do. If he can't do anything I have a plan
