So what does the majority of you guys want to do ?....leave trinity out since it will be more work for them and deal direct with Paul or........I will do what majority of you guys want to do.....I do hope we get our money back if we send direct to Paul...as he said he will

I am glad to see that Joe has many "loyal" friends. I wish him success here on this forum. I apologize if comments I made in pointing out inconsistencies with the refund price and policies he offered has offended Joe and this friends. If Joe's friends wish to subsidize his business, I have no quarrel with it. It is their money to do with it what they wish. I only wished to offer those who bought their systems from Trinity a choice.
If you bought your intake system through one of our other dealers, you should get a full refund of the purchase price on returning your system from the dealer. I wish everyone here no ill will and we fully intend to honor our commitments to current and past customers. I will now direct my time and attention to those who have emailed me directly and await the items that Joe will be returning to me. Thank you.

Honestly, what you're saying Paul is that if I send my AFE intake to you, you would give me a full refund, no offense to Trinity, but I just want every penny back that I spent on this useless product, and if it less work for Trinity all the better, right guys.

Paul is wording everything all confusing. They will refund the price what I paid for and not what you guys paid for. Pretty much it'll be about $5-10 more about that. Even with a refund they are making it hard and confusing...just like all their dyno's and product :thumbsdown:
As for the returns you guys do have a choice...you may go through Paul or through me. I will personally take the intake to Paul and make sure we get the refund. I am more than willing to do this for my fellow members.
