Why would anybody, including Trinity, send you product and be out product & money, while they wait for a refund from AFE.
Trinity is doing all they can to get you a refund from the scum bags at AFE but they shouldn?t be expected to extend credit to anybody while they wait for the refund.

The bottom line is that Joe/Trinity Autosport has NO obligation to handle/process refunds for this product. Joe could have very easily walked away from the whole mess. However, what makes Joe special is his DEDICATION to doing what is right. He has spent time, money and energy on our behalf. He has no horse in this race, yet he chose to be an advocate on our behalf. We bought the product from a vendor. Same as if we bought a TV from Best Buy. Months pass and we realize that the product isn't performing as advertised. Try taking it back to the store at that point - you'll be laughed at all the way to the doors. At that point, your dealings must be with the manufacturer. Yet, Joe chose to be the intermediary contact for these refunds and organize a group process for returns to the manufacturer. aFe, to their credit, agreed to allow him to do so. But the sole responsibility for issuance of refunds lay with aFe - and thats who we should collectively aim our salvo's at.

Well stated; my sentiments exactly. Just have patience folks, if Paul (aFe) is a stand up guy our refunds will arrive.

I sent mine out around Nov 4 .......3 months and still waiting for the refund to come... wtf.....I am sure if you bought something from afe and 'forgot' to pay them...their accounting department would be on your ass...This just pisses me off big time.
Roy.

It's getting to the unacceptable phase. aFe has had the products back in-hand for weeks, yet no refunds have been delivered. The first batch took a relatively short time to process. The remaining batches are taking MUCH longer. Why hasn't their Accounting Department delivered? Hmmmm

Hi Guys,

I JUST got off the phone with Paul @ AFE. He told me that the CFO of the company approved the refunds TO THE INDIVIDUALS that went through AFE He said that they mailed out the checks yesterday to them. Now the CFO approved my refunds as well and told the accounting to cut me a check for the refunds. I will see if I get any sort of check in the mail today. I will keep everyone posted. The "reason" they took so long is they had a 30 day period to refund my credit card that I used, but since they couldn't they had to get a higher approval to send out checks. Please PM me or email me or call me if you have any questions. Thank you.
