It was 3:00 in the morning and these kids were in high school. Where were the parents?? I don't care if the law regards an 18 year old as an adult, they aren't especially when living at home and driving their father's car. This whole thing should have been prevented. I cannot conceive of anything worse happening to a family. Tragic.

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.

I thought it was more plausible than pulling out tree stumps...
I actually took the Dinan software out, is was only in for one day, I have it laying on my coffee table and am using the pile of 1's and 0's as artwork now.

Sorry guys, I'm a beemer but after 40k km I understand the problem is the rear wheel drive .
To say the truth, the problem is the conditions of the roads: rain, mud, leaves, snow, bad asphalt .. And BMWs spin .

To have 600 hp and 30 gallons in the tank, the best choice is a BMW with Quattro by Audi .
I know that driving a RWD is more funny, but safety is most important .
Or maybe, like some offroad cars, a button to activate the AWD mode/RWD .
