Hi all,

Over the last several of weeks there's been a lot of discussion about create a 7 series E65/E66 forum here. The cars are indeed fairly similiar enough and the 7 series still is technically an E6x designation. What do you all think? Yay or nay? Please post comments below.

I say go for it. Like you said it still is a E6x designation and we already have a E63/64 forum so to create a E65/66 forum seems like perfect sense to me and they would certainly appreciate one.

Lomag, lets do it. I think this should have been done along time ago.

E60 is the best forum I have personally been on....ever! There are alot of cool 7 people out there that need a good place to call home. With our own 7 section, there would be alot more action on those subjects. In my opinion, right now, I feel a little out of place always posting in the " other BMW " section. I am pretty sure I am not the only one. If you look at alot of the threads in the "other bmw" section, and site feedback, there are alot of new people that have recently converted over to this cool site. So, members are there. We just need a place to call " ours".

The 5 and the 6 series are like twins, that's why it is a no brainer we have a forum for 6ers.
The 7 is total different, but it shares some technology and engines with the 5er.

So, it would be OK in my eyes to create a 7er forum.

We have been waiting quite some time now, so no one at The Fest can blame us for anything.I do feel bad for them in doing this, but you guys are here and don't want to go back, so I say, let's give you a new home, a real home, not just a section for "other" models.
I do hope that when we set up a 7er forum for you guys you will be joined by more people searching the web for a good forum, so that the forum will get as informative as the 5er and 6er forum.
