I have a suggestion.
I noticed that most members have not updated this section of their profile and it's a handy piece of information to reference when you're trying to answer someone's question or help resolve their issue.
Some people have included their ride specifics and customizations in their signature, and that's great, but I think it would be helpful if the mods put out a sticky message on the various forums reminding people to do it and telling them how. As I recall, it wasn't necessarily a straightforward process.
Would this be too much to ask?

Hi!
Thank you for the suggestion and it is a good one. We'll get that added, hopefully, today.

I created a global announcement that appears at the top of every forum. Thank you again for the suggestion!

Thanks, but it could be more effectively placed
Let's see how many people do it in the next 30 days, and then maybe consider moving it?

It's a step in the right direction, Bob, but personally, I never look at that area above the posts. It would be more effective (hence more likely read), if it appeared as a sticky (like "Bumping Threads Banned" in the Member's Classified forum). That way, you basically see it every time because that's where your eyes go.

Bob, based on what I have observed about our membership, I don't think an Announcements forum would see much traffic.
