(Oh, as far as search floods, I understand that it may be needed to prevent server utilization from spiking, etc.)

Try doing something that requires a search twice in succession.

For example, do a "view new posts" then do it again before 20 seconds elapses.

Sorry not to sound like God but I dont think the Admin group has any limits.

What error do you get? I don't see any other flood control variables to modify. Hrmmm.
