Guys,
Let's not hijack the OP thread too much. I know where he's coming from and can sympathize.

Why would my post about problems I am experiencing with the online vendor Umintaz be moved to the Classified section. I am not selling anything. Let me get this straight, if I complain about a BMW Dealer's service on "E60 Discussion", its ok but I can't complain about a vendor who refuses to deliver on goods I purchased more than 3 weeks ago?????? A vendor who in response to my post calls me a "JERK".

Is there a priveleged class of vendors that are beyond criticism? Am I missing something? Is there a special relationship between this site's
administrator and Umnitaz? cause I can't see any other way of justifying removal of my post from the General Discussion" to the classifieds. I have been a member since 2004 and my member number is 931 so I don't have hundreds of posts. I am your average Joe (relative to this forum) who thought that there is no censorship on "E60 Forums" when it comes to posting legitimate complaints about online vendors who take advantage of their customers and respond by calling their customer names??

Read my post in "classifieds" and tell me if I am wrong????
Maybe there should be a new section titled "Vendor Reviews" sorted by type giving positive and negative experiences noted by members. Is there a legal issue with having this type of section?

I feel it would be very helpful when making a decision to purchase. Recently there was an instance of a member purchasing 166 wheels that arrived damaged due to insufficent packaging. But the vendor did cover it and new wheels were sent out. I will order from that vendor in the future, but I will never order from Umnitaz based on what happened there.

Oh dear! I very sorry about what happened to you with Umnitza. This should not be tollerable. And indeed chill my man, or take it on the vendor not on the E60 admins/mods. From my experience here i can say no admin/mod has any weird interests to defend a vendor and we here have the best admins/mods i have ever seen on a forum. Little and discrete interfearence and excelent attitude even in heavy-stress situations. But even so they are only humans and it's possible they had made a mistake. I am sure you will get a response either by PM or in the topic. No biggie and i hope, more important, that you sort out the things with Umnitza. Keep us posted!

Your priority was that everyone on e60.net saw what happened with you and Umnitza. Looking at the view count of this thread, there have been a lot of eyes here. You still got your point across to the board even if the thread was moved to Classified.
