coding topics seem to be in several subforums, and get lost in the crowd of other topics.

what do you guys think of adding a coding subforum?

Over the past we had numerous ideas for subforums and all seem to be a good idea... that's the exact problem... if we add one, someone asks for another and so on... In the end we would have hundreds of subforums for almost everything possible...

We can't do that...

I think we should add it. I want to be able to help people but I am frustrated by organizational structure of all this.
But I think it should be Programming & Encoding

Well, that's your opinion.
For others the above forum you suggest is useless, and the one you describe as useless is not...

Adding forums is easy, but will lead to many other problems we don't want.

i hate to keep stirring the pot, but most other car forums are divided up better....ex, drivetrain forum, engine forum, wheels, etc.
this forum seems to be set up more for people who dont work on their cars.
