Cant get my pictures to post on here

When I try to upload a picture, it says uploading for like 5 minutes and nothing.
These pics are not larger than 3 MB. Anyone else having problems with this???

Shrink the pics... there's really no purpose to post pics that are that large here unless its requested by High Res Freaks like me. 800X600 would probably be good enough and 1024X768 is more than adaquate for internet viewing... no need to waste resources on the servers and bandwidth.

I think the board software has a file size limitation for photos. I always try to keep the pic under 1 meg -- regardless of resolution...
