Does anyone know where I can get a copy of that image on the e60.net homepage (all the past 5 Series BMW models, along with the e60)? That's a great photo!

If you right-click on the photo on the e60.net homepage itself, you should get a menu, one item on which should be "save picture as". You can then save that picture to your computer. Two points though:
(1) Not sure about copyright / fair use status of the pic
(2) The one on the homepage is quite small - 493x200 pixels
