My guess is that the OP probably wants to find someone with the same color so he won't have to shell out for painting.

Apologies, been busy the past week. I would rather just do the swap with someone local and has the same color, but realize that may be difficult.

Let me check around my area and see how much it would cost to repaint a bumper and then circle back with you.
