It's not hard to install, I know practically nothing about cars and it took me about 20mins to install. Unscrewing the different areas to get to the actual ECU is probably the most time consuming around 10mins or so, plugging in the JB3 into the ECU once you get to it is pretty self explanatory. It's color coded to show which plug goes where and also there is a YouTube video describing step by step how its done. I'm selling the PnP version (plug and play) which means you don't have to stick in every wire one by one into the ecu just snap in and done. Saves about 30mins on installing and uninstalling if you need to take your car in for service. I'm selling the unit because I need the cash for other expenses, the unit is in 100% perfect condition and works 100% like its suppose to. Easiest way to add 80hp/80torque to an otherwise stock 535i/335i/135i.
