Well if it's good i guess we could do a U.S. group buy from the Hong Kong fellas

, btw did anyone ever try to organize a group buy of the original vorsteiner hoods ?

I did find a hood that is similar on ebay. It looks pretty good although I wish the vents were carbon fibre and I'm not sure about the silver mesh under the vents. Anybody have any experience with these guys or have seen this on a car?

Haven't seen it in person but i heard that the fit and quality are terrible

Yeah, that might work? Need to check with the manufacturer and see if he can lower costs if we order a few at a time!

Will keep everyone posted, but it may be a couple of weeks or so before I get it. It is all made to order....

I had 2 of the actual vorsteiner ones and the fitment was not perfect either..I actually have never seen one that fits perfect...There is always a gap on one side of the hood...It's not horrible but its far from OEM....
