Anyone know a vendor that has the new Falken-452 285/25/20 in stock ? Several stores on the Web have them listed, but no one seems to have them in stock -- some say the will not arrive until the end of the year .
A couple of stores recommend the Toyo T1Rs, but they change their tune when I indicate that "Road Noise"
is my first buying criteria vs. performance. I bought the Falken-452 245/30/20 for the front(discount tire) free shipping - $11 per tire install at American Tire which has the Hunter tire/wheel balance system.

im runnin the same setup (20" Iforged) but with the Toyo T1R's. i've noticed they are pretty loud. it would be interesting to hear how the falken sound. how do you like the wheels? do you think you could have went with a larger profile? i lowered the car and right now i have no rubbing. i always wonder if i could have fit a larger profile.

Toyo is actually not that loud. Michelin is very quiet in my opinion.

hi i replaced my 4 tires with the falken fk-452 last week.
front: 245-35-19
rear: 285-35-19

i had the bridgestone potenza s03 in the rear...that was loud.
the falken fk-452, very quiet & excellent traction.
i recommend the falken fk-452!!
it was ordered from discount america's tires.

2iforgebmws, i agree. the contri tires that came with the car.
that thing was horrible especially when making a turn
from dry to wet pavement--those tires skidded.

I dont notice the T1-R's being loud. All I hear is my kids wanking , and hollering.

That's my opinion too... I've had several sets of Toyo's on different types of vehicles and they are pretty quiet. Michelin's are even more quiet. I've NEVER heard anything good about Falken's, except their 'high-end' tires, which get a few props here and there, but pricey.
