I would not get 20's with a 530. YOu will get a very noticeable sluggishness when accelerating.
19s are big enough to look good, while not compromising performance. Miro, Velocity, Beyern and others make plenty of models with the high offset for you to pick from.
And definitely go staggered.

not sure about tire price comparing 19 and 20, i thought if you pick same model of tires, they should not be big different on price, but 19 is lighter than 20 on wheels, please let me know if i am wrong

found forgestar for 22 pounds each, decent price
also alloy technic B9 wheels for 18 pounds each for 19 inches, but pricey
