What to do?
It is possible the cd changer was not working when the person received it or it may have become damaged in his possession during the 3 months he's had it. IMO, too much time has passed to expect a refund.
If it makes you sleep better at night, you could offer a partial refund (~50%) provided the cd changer is shipped back to you.

Yeah what he said...
Seriously, too much time has passed. It was his oversight to go ahead and purchase the CD changer, and then having to wait for a part from Germany since Nov. 7. He should have tested the CD changer upon receipt to ensure that it was working.

i would not give a refund... if it was working when you sold it to him and now its not then thats not for you to suffer the consequences... plus ask him if there is any place that will give him a warranty longer than 30 days on a used item(and thats pushing it)? i doubt it. At least you are nice enough to entertain the idea of a refund which shows what kind of person you are...

Give a short idea, in your Topic Title, what you are talking about.
No offense, but I don't care about a six CD changer and it wastes my time looking at your post.
"What to do" or "Question" or "What do you think" gives no clue about where you are going.
