Looks like a set from an I6-engine E60, the slates aren't chrome-faced.
I do have a set from my 4.4L V8 545i for sale. I replaced mine with black matte ones.
However, there is a one broken tab. I can take pics if interested, PM me.

My Ride: 2005 BmW 545I, Titanium Gray, Black Interior with Bamboo Anthracite wood trim, Sport Package.
I just took my chrome grills of my 05 545 replaced it with matt black PM me with offer enjoy the pics.
