Does anyone have a pic of an e60 - model does not matter, with the daytime running lamps on. I was hoping that having them on would automatically have the angel eyes on as well but that is not the case according to the dealer. The angel eyes are only on with the parking lights and full-on. I have to let them know if I want them or on or not. I do not have them "on" on my current 330i and do not know if I want them on my new 545i 6 Speed, so I am hoping that someone can send me a pic of what it will look like.

My car is at the port in S.C. waiting to get to the Performance Center where I will get my delivery with all the goodies on March 11th. Is it March 11th yet?????

Afaik, this is user selectable within i-drive, so you can choose for yourself.

Actually, this is the only non-selectable item in IDRIVE. I found that out from the dealer as well. They would not allow that to be selectable as some countries require that they be on.

yep I thought it was user selectable as well but it turns out that the dealer has to program it to be on.

I don't understand US doesn't require it to be on right? Why can't we select it on or off in our i-drive for US owners.
