His lights are sold, and you are too late. i'm really not able to match that price
The ligths are cheap, i just cant get my hands any cheaper on the xenon bulbs, the balast and the adaptive cornering ecu's. Thats why the price of complete assembled units rises up.
It's a nice deal for people who can get they'r hands on those parts cheaper. Ive bought them from the dealer and dont have any space between the control units and the bulbs.

 

aside from the headlights, what is needed for them to actually work on a pre-lci car. sorry for the noob question. and very interested.

 

Headlights, Cables, programing, most of the time new bulbs and ballasts and sometimes a light control module. It adds up
