Hey guys, just got my refund! I really didn't think it was gonna happen since I paid him thru paypal for services instead of goods, but i pleaded with paypal to escalate the claim and they did. Meanwhile I called the guy and he pulled thru. I think he's at a point of realizing that he has to return everybody's money regardless of the brother in law story. Hope everyone gets refunded. PayPal...they are always good when it comes to disputes! Ive had 2 incidents and PayPal has taken care of both! They really dig to find information and address each case and usually get it right...
