You can get it. The question here is do you want to pay top $$$ for them. On Ebay there is a guy selling M5 OEM mirrors. You can check and contact him. Keyword: M5 side mirrors.

You need to check compatibility with your car. I don't think this does not have autofold, but it's worthwhile to ask sellet.

Advice:

Check compatibility with your own car model. Newer cars/mirrors are connected directly to car BUS system and they have one and only triple-wire connector, while older cars/mirrors are connected on the door module via three independent connectors.
