I am looking for a rear LEFT D Pillar cover for my USA spec 2010 BMW e61 / 535iXT wagon/saloon/estate. Wagon is LCI, AT, RH Drive, wtih S316 (Automatic Trunk Lid Mechanism). Lid in this case means rear tailgate/hatch. Original Part # is 51436960875 (see 1st picture). New P/N is ambiguous, 5143698009 is my first choice interpretation, but may be incorrect and is apparently not available/discontinued.

Interior is Dakota Natural Brown but the D pillar cover and his right side match is black as pictured.
