Default E61 Rear Subframe

I have just joined this forum needing some help with my BMW E61 2005 Diesel estate. The rear subframe has broken as per the images above and I need to work out what to do on a tight budget. I would therefore like some feedback on the following points if possible:

1. Can this be welded?
2. If I buy a secondhand subframe are they all the same for E61 or is there a particular type or age range anybody can guide me to as I am a bit lost looking at some on eBay (mostly from newer cars)
3. Might anybody have the parts I need?

Thank you in advance, I don't have a lot of expertise or space to complete this myself so will be outsourcing the work.

Matt

Have you looked up the subframe part number on realoem.com? It's possible it's the same on the regular E60 sedan, check them both on realoem and then you'll have your answer.
