Both sets of mirrors are sold but I'll sell you the OEM mirrors off my (new to me) ///M5 for $1 million dollars shipped if you still want a set 
As for the shifter surround, grab the shift boot (the leather surround) and simply tug upwards. It'll pop right out. The leather boot is held in by simple clips. Take 5 mins to swap out...
