All US xenon headlights are adaptive. It's standard.

so why is it that the same model/year headlights (pre-lci) use different ballast connectors? First pic is mine and other pic is headlight on ebay I cant seem to figure out why my connectors are different when the headlights are the same. Im assuming that maybe mine ARENT adaptive.

They simply changed the AHL module, ballast, and the connectors from 2005 and onward.
