Holy cow, I believe as a member of this forum and as in any transaction, the person that made the false claims, poor products, and an inconvenience to others should do a full refund, including shipping. Members that received items that were the seller's mistake should not be penalized with shipping charges.

This matter needs to go to the forum moderator/owner. As much as ACS5er apologizes, members that have received bad items are being penalized if they have lost any funds (shipping charges) because someone else was not forth coming. This would hold true on ebay as well.

What did ever happen to the other accounts ACS5er??? Man up, be an adult, apologize, and make amends. Do not embarrass BMW and its owners, I expect this in the import crowd...not here. Most of us owners are professionals, have a great job, or have really nice parents.

Well, after Bambi's Link, if this post ends the way the last one did with "Bigfoot", no one will hear from ACS5er...SilverRush...whatever again. What an embarrassment...

 

And for your information, Dennis Huang was supposed to be banned from this forum as he was selling falsely advertised products on other forums as well. It a shame that I recently realized that this thread was started by Dennis Huang himself.

 

In all seriousness, I found myself lost between identities as I was reading posts from ACS5er, SilverRush, and Alpina550. All read like the same person, which in essence, is most likely true.
