I have not heard from you regarding the paypal dispute. I have sent out the headlight to you on Sep 7th and as of today Sep. 14th, my account is still on hold because of the dispute. I hope you are not trying to pull anything here and can do what you promised to take care of it ASAP. I hope everyone on this forum reading this thread can vouch on this for me. Thanks

he said it will be sold separately ...so i guess..i can only have the bumper itself...correct me if i m wrong

 

By the way....why there is a finger gap between your fender and your bumper? (right front light corner area)........ Genius BMW bumper?

I purchased a set of Euro Bi Xenon Headlights from Dennis Huang AKA ACS5ER from Canada on the 3rd of september thru out the week i contacted him several times to get my Tracking number for my package and his response was that he was waiting for the money to clear and until then he would not ship the package ( The payment cleared the same day the payment was made which was confirmed by a PAYPAL agent and later on by Mr Huang himself he said he was waiting for it to get to his Bank account. - Later i found out from a PAYPAL agent that if you file a claim there is no money in the Paypal account so you won't get ANYTHING back if Paypal rules in your favor ) In the note section of the payment i clearly stated that i wanted him to pack the items safely for safe arrival.

Well today September 17th I got my lights - Very poorly packed with no protection at all!!!!( in a small box with a couple of sheets of bubble wrap )

Both lights had several broken slide and screw tabs and 1 of the Xenon bulbs housing is loose and has broken parts inside not holding the fisheye in place and is unusable and NOT in the condition that he described to me as with no damage.

I escalated the dispute to a claim and would strongly recommend not dealing with this seller..

Thanks 5er Sports, this really doubt on my action of purchasing.
For my bumper, ACS5ER, I will see them first or i pay deposit and send me some. I ain't going to pay in full, only part for part. Otherwise, i just can't trust.

 

Dear fellow members, if you remember, I had a dispute with Dennis Huang myself a while back. He sold me falsely advertised rims. He had claimed that the rims were in perfect condition but upon receiving the rims, it turned out that three of the rims were bent. I had to replace 2 of the rims and had one that was minorly bent, repaired. I would not recommend doing business with this seller. Mr Huang has several accounts on this website. A few to name are SilverRush and Alpine550. So fellow members, I would not recommend doing business with Dennis Huang. Anyone who needs info on this seller, just send me a message. And im sorry to hear about ur purchage 5er sport.

WOW, what are all the big issues just in 1 day.

First of all 5er_sport, I apologize as to the condition of the light. I should hav carefully examined them be4 sending them out to u. The lights are in original condition as what I got them. (I bought them used on ebay). As far as i know they fit and worked fine on my car. I didnt realize there was any broken tabs, or might the shop break them while taking them out and such? I am not sure. But again, I apologize and I will fully refund your money (less shipping) to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact the fund should hav alrady gone back to u since paypal has deducted it from my account. or do i hav to do anything? And if you can kindly send me back the lights that'd be great. I can also offer u a 2nd solution, I will refund you partially (as to sell u the lights for cheaper) as I Am sure the lights will fit and work fine on ur car, just w/o a few tabs. It looks perfectly fine from the outside right? Let me know what you think and we can go from there.

As for Khooger.... I clearly remember the tabs were all intact when i packed the grills. And as you can probably tell the grill is BRAND NEW because i never installed them. I dont suppose any mailing would break them that easily. So i dont really know what to do with it in ur situation. Again if you wanna return it, i will refund u fully (less shipping)
