My Ride: BMW 545i, SilverGray with 30% tint all around
would i get any rubbing with these tires and would these tires fit a set of 20" breyton rims (9.5 in the front, 10.5 in the rear)?

No I don't believe so...that is the setup I ran with no rubbing or issues...Sport PKG 545i...
