they are in good condition. 2 have a little curb rash. they were on my car for about 12K miles. 2 wheels have about 75% tread left. 1 rear wheel has about 50% tread left and the other rear wheels has about 90% tread left. you'll be OK! 12mm spacers recommended for the rear wheels.
