Thats not true necessarily. He could actually buy another RPI muffler and convert to a true dual muffler/quad tip exhaust, it just won't have the same actual performance gains as the original system. OR he could add a dummy on the other side for the "quad look."
The only issue would be money. The RPI could probably fully fund a Magnaflow quad system.
GL either way.

um. no dummy pipe for me... and i cannot get another rpi muffler and make quad.. theres no room to mount them at all and it will be another 800+ for that exhaust... not worth it...
