the part number from hrsprings.com for the

e90 328i is: 50490 sport springs
e90 328xi is: 50494 sport springs.

The drop and rates all match, but would be worth calling h&r and asking them if they are interchangeable. Sometimes they change part numbers for internal reasons, but use the same part!!
