Nope, you'll at least have to upgrade in the inside rear view (the actual sensor is in there) mirror plus some additional wiring from it to maybe the LCM(?).

530dA says all all post Sep-2005 cars have autodim mirrors.
My car is a Dec 2006 535d. I dont actually have the car yet, it is being delivered next week. But I phoned the dealer and he said the car has autodim INTERIOR mirror as standard. But it does not have autodim exterior mirrors.
So question is - will the autodim exterior work plug and play ?

I mean //M5 mirros post 9/2005 what i sell have all autodimming glass, pre have also autodimming glass but i can fit also a normall glass in the mirrors pre 9-2005 in post 9-2005 it is with the bus system i cant put normal glass there in do you know what i mean??
