Can these shades be installed on any E60 or does it have to be with these doors? If you are wiling to part with the shades I will take them off your hands.

You would need the door panels along with the shades. These will have the necessary spacing and mounting points for those shades. You would also need hooks at the top of the rear windows to make these work.
