Today I received a survey that heavily focused on the i-drive. I was wondering if anyone else got it. Also if you did let them know how you feel - especially on the cupholder question!

I've had four surveys in the last 6 weeks. Three dropped a buck on me and the 4th was a check for $2. One was the JD Powers one, the others no name. None were iDrive specific. Since they found a happy camper here BMW will get excellent marks. BMW better hope they don't reach someone like speedracer who is having a miserable experience along with a few others. I know if anything does not work well and the mfr does not back it up with an exchange opportunity it puts me off that brand

I get a survey every time I finish a dealer trip. My only complaint is that I have since moved after purchasing the car and they still have my first (read wrong) address. And everytime I mention it starts a conversation where everytime they say "No problem, I'll just change that for you right now". This has happend at least a dozen times over the course of the last 22 months...c'mon folks.
