Had to celebrate my birthday (Don't ask, don't tell) somehow today, so I bought a new K 1200 GT. Only 152 HP/180MPH vehicle. Insurance was reassuringly low....for now. But, in graphite, it sorta matches the 4-wheeled version.

Personal pics to come next week.

Cheers,

Ray did the same thing this past April, I'll bet it was the same birthday, you know the one when you get your senior draft card, eh. I did not buy a BMW, but replaced one American 4 wheel Icon with a two wheeled American Icon, a HD Night Rod, in the same color as my BMW, Black, Black, and Black.

Enjoy your new ride, and always wear a helmet.

Joe

Very Nice, wish I had the nerve to get back on a bike; BMW would be my first choice when and if that time comes. Living in South Florida is not only Harley territory, but between the tourists and seniors, ridding a bike is not to safe.

Lots of luck and be safe

Thx guys,
No fear of not wearing a helmet in New York. Indeed, I have a new BMW System 5 that I "imported" illegally from Europe to replace my old System 3 that wore out. BMW won't submit to the DOT testing and the Trial Bar here. Silly.

Cheers,
Ray Hull
