So that's why there is still some sanity left in the forum!

Because I bet the main forum is more viewed than the "Other BMW Models" forum, and don't hijack my thread

I disagree. I am on the online list very often and you can see that the ppl not only browse the main forum. And some ppl even use the "view new posts" function and get them all, no matter what forum they are in.
Hhhmmm... hijacking of threads happens when it's off topic...

Who knows.. but this forum, compared to the main E60 forum, has:
- less views
- less simultaneous views, if any
- less posts
- less replies

IMO it's less active than the main forum, and isn't as helpful
I still bet that the main forum is more viewed than this one

Still happy with the X3.. Very practical but not very luxurious. Do not get the sports suspension. do get the panoramic sunroof.

I'm using the X3 loaner again, same one I took to Colorado and New Mexico in October. It is classy looking and I like it. Have used it to ferry big-prepaid boxes destined for the grand demons to UPS. These boxes would not have fit the E60 trunk. Don't have the sunroof suggested by FF, but find myself sometimes reaching for it. Also often reaching for the SMG paddles. Runs good in Manual sport mode. Has over 12,000 miles now and doing good.
