Rofl that's insane. And yeah I was hoping to resell mine for a decent price too. It needs a new clutch (I'll have other people chippin in for that though ). JW, how much is a new clutch for a Civic (parts + install)? Mine's about to hit 100k btw. I'm at 99,5 & change, I'm not sure exactly.
I duno, the STI really isn't my car, plus it wouldn't be in the best condition @ the price range I'm looking at. Hm.

this is my old DD it was sooo much fun picked it up for 16k (its for sale for 12.9) but i smashed thru the snow and took it up to the top of twin peaks trail. sooo much fun
this was my old DD this truck is amazing and i only have 10k in it, being that its a 5.3 litre it gets awesome gas mileage too (not for sale) hahaha
i have a friend who built this for 15k. this is what i would spend 15k on!!
for that price range IMO i would want something cheap and easy to work on/fix

I see I see. Hmm aight thanks for the advice, I'll have some considering to do. This whole shebam won't be coming up for a few months anyhow so I've got plenty of time.
I'm looking around 15k because looong story short I'm going to be working for "x" and by doing "y" I'm going to be getting 320\mo to a car payment (it's a company promotional offer thingy). And 320 @ 4 year note is pretty much 15k. I want to save the rest of the actual money I make for other things, I.E living expenses, college, etc, etc.
