I think it looks fantastic from all angles - much improved over the 4-door sedan.

I'm anxious to find out if the new supercharged engine will make it to North America in this coupe.

The new E92 has overcame all the E90 problems in looks; the front,
the rear lights and the rear fenders look really great and harmonic now.

That could well be my new car in the Spring of '07,
but I think the 330CiA would be enough for me.

I have heard of a guy in NY that has already put in a deposit on a 335Ci.

The twinturbo will definetly come to the US!

again i come to think of this engine...( no turbo for bmw engines was necesary.
BMW board of directors is soooo impressed with this engine capabilities - higher HP and better fuel mileage - that they have directed continued research and development in this technology in ALL V8 and V10 engines. It' gains them HP, fuel mileage and keeps the engine lighter than the cooresponding next size engine (I6 to V8, V8 to V10, etc) to make it easier to keep the 50/50 weight distribution.

one good thing about turbo engines is that its easy to mod....can you imagine a 500hp e92?

Looks good.

Can't wait to actually see and sit in one. My main thought right now is that the rear seats look more of a compramise than the e46 coupe which was a proper 4 seater.

Much as I'd love the petrol I'd probably still have to lean toward the diesel engines. The current coupe has the old 3litre lump. Anyone know if this will have the new 250bhp 3.0d engine or could we even hope for a 335d? (guess it would have to be an auto though).

Better yet a 335d twin turbo based on the 250bhp 3.0litre rather than the 218bhp one.
