Although I'm not in the market for a superfast 2 seater coupe - I SERIOUSLY wish I was when it comes to these 2.

I really really like the cayman, but on the face of it the BMW is cheaper, faster and .... it looks incredible.

I honestly think this is one of the finest looking cars I have EVER seen.

They might... look at what they did with the Previous M Roadster and M Coupe... it got a better engine towards the last 2 years of its life.

Not going to happen. At least not in the near future.

Very! I love it! Should I dump the 545 for the Cayman?

How is a Porsche going to be in your face? I've encoutered countless of them, from the grandma-ly slow Boxter to the rare GT2, I've beaten every single one of them, except for the GT2, in my JUN equipped WRX, which is being Cosworth powered now as we speak. Don't get me wrong, Porsche makes great cars, but every time when I see the guy with his pissed-off face in my rearview, it's just priceless.

Back on subject, I test drove the Cayman S few weeks back, it's a fun to toss around car, you can adjust the suspension settings yourself, which is a plus for everyday driving; MR is a great setup for launching the car with no wheelhop. I drove the piss out of it with the dealer next to me, it does seem forever to take the car to 130+mph to me, but the dealer was scared about it. On to the styling, I like the front a lot, but I think the designing team which designed the Cayman, needs to get a smack on their heads, how would a nice Porsche look so ugly in the back? It seems like a rushed through design which gives me the love & hate at the same time toward the Cayman S.

I can't comment on the Z4M Coupe, cause today was the first time I saw it at the NYC Auto Show, it looks damn sexy and petite which I am not sure if I can fit in it being 6'1 & 200lbs. On the other hand, the Z4M Roadster is very driver oriented like the Cayman S, but I would get a Z4M in a hearbeat over the Cayman S. Reason being is because the Z4M offers what the Cayman S offers at 10k less, secondly I've always favored FR setup over MR, third, I wouldn't want to buy a non-turbo Porsche, and finally, BMW is BMW where Porsche is VW in a sort of sense.
