I think the article said the police found suit cases in the trunk... they were prob trying to beat the train to make it to the airport in time.

Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. I missed my flight to Hawaii before and was on stand by for 2 days... then one day it must have been a school bus that was late cuz they called like 13 people who were on stand by to go on the flight... everyday waiting for stand by we were all hoping someone would miss their flight already.

maybe it was the passenger that provoked to driver to beat the trian 
like it was said before, it would be good to hear their story if they hopefully make it out of the ICU alive... then again, i don't see a 37 year old provoking a 27 year old.....
