OK - I have to respond to that last article.
The person who wrote it is an idiot (sorry if anyone knows him/her)/
What is with the cupholders? The author is the type of person who worked for GM and now why they are going out of business. Who cares how it drives if is has lots of cupholders.
And the fact that he is proud of the fact that you can do everything in the lexus without the manual. Can you imagine spending 40K+ on a car and not having to read the manual.
Oh - and if convenience is what makes cars better than BMW's then watch out - there are some great mini vans out there.

First off, I think the IS350 is a wonderful car. Period.
But...I read on another forum where owners are now getting insurance quotes that are a bit out of this world.
Quotes like :
IS350 1700+ a year
IS250 998/6 months
IS350 900/6 months (38yr old male, clean record)
IS350 740/6 months
IS350 806/6 months (27yr old male)
IS350 1350 yr
Something is not right on how they have the Lexus rated. Something to consider when making this decision.
