Did anyone watch the latest Fifth gear shoot out between Jason Plato and Tiff Needle? It was between the BMW 135i and the Cayman and the poor Cayman lost.

But that little 135i is an awesome little car. I want one too.

How do you think your Cayman S would fair against the 135?

BTW, shouldn't this be under the Other BMW Models or The Competition subforum?

Thanks for posting those links -- I really enjoy Fifth Gear and, if that's a current episode, by the time that episode airs over here, it'll be 2010!

(BTW, did anyone see the E92 M3 vs. the C63 AMG review posted by the same dude?
Unfortunately, at least for me, it's in German so I have no idea what they're saying...)

Ya I watch ALL the episodes of Top and 5th gear. LOVE those shows... they're suppose to have a US based version thats going to be filmed in California thats based off Top Gear called Gear soon...

Rudy, if you want you can get bit torrents of all the episodes... I download them the night they air over there in the UK. Or you can wait a season and I'll put them all on DVD and snail mail you a whole season.

If the Cayman was that close I think the Cayman S can whip the 135i's butt but then again for that price the 135i is SUCH A BARGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Competition subforum? Haha Maybe.

Any Mod want to move this thread then?

The 135i is shaping up to be a great car. A coilover setup and a sway bar upgrade, that thing will be awesome. Also maybe some light weight wheels and get rid of the run flats. Its nice to see the 135i beat a car that is ~$15,000 more.

I've heard about the US version and it should be fun (or at least hopefully it will be fun). I enjoy both Top Gear and Fifth Gear but I'm not into Torrents at this point (I should probably play around with them one of these days, just not on my "main" computer...)

Do you have any older seasons on DVD yet or is this season the first you're archiving?

Exactly. Turn off all your other computers have an old junky one to use... download the vid you want then disconnect it off your network Should take only about 30 mins or so per episode depending on your speed... the newer the episode the faster they download. Then scan for virus / spyware before transporting over to a memory stick and onto your "main" computer.
