Most publications I have read put the 545i 0-60 at 5.3 - 5.4 sec.

The 335i is 5.1 sec., but car & driver tested it at 4.8 sec.

I would put my money on the 335i.

my new 335i stock is way faster then my old 545i.

Znod made 4.9s on the 0-60 MPH, with his steptronic 545i .

Is his car completly stock?

If so, that would no doubt be the best number anyone got with a stock 545i.

Either way, I would still put my money on the 335i coupe.

Take it from "BERM" who had a 545 and now drives a 335.

But you were not debating which one was better looking.
It's faster and more good looking, ok ?

You were stating the 545i is faster. Well it isn't.
1. Open youtube, there is a clip with a 6MT 545i and a steptronic 335i . And 545i is faster .
2. Literally, "faster" --> the 545i can reach almost 290 kmh, the 335i doesn't .

Take it from "BERM" who had a 545 and now drives a 335.
He simply want to convince himself that he didn't do a mistake to pass from an E60 to an E92 .
Finally, remap your 335i and I will keep my 545i to 400 HP with some mods and to 600 with a supercharger .
Then who is faster ?
Anyway, the 545i reachs 285 kmh and more, completely stock but without speed limit .

0-60/100 is not real world... I would be more interested in rolling increments - the torque of the turbo engine should win out...

I agree. I had the 545i as well and I feel my 335i is faster.

The torque is amazing on the 335i

335i has a turbo engine, not an aspirated: different sensations!
I test drove the 335i and didn't seem faster than my 545i .

Anyway, do you say it is faster ?
The 545i makes the 0-200 in 18.5s : beat it with your 335i!
