Hello everyone. I live in Dallas, TX and just purchased an '06 Monaco Blue 530i yesterday. I am a confessed car nut and also own (and have driven for the past three years) an Infiniti '04 G35 Coupe, which I am giving to my daughter, a '03 325i (my other daughter drives) and the wife's '06 Nissan Pathfinder. I'm 6'2" and although I love driving the G35, I decided I needed something that was a little more comfortable for me, plus I really need four doors. I was into performance mods on the G35, but don't plan on much for the 530i as of now. Maybe as I get used to it, I will add a few things. It's going to take me a while just to learn how to work the controls on the in dash monitor! I did conquer the phone Bluetooth last night and am impressed with how cool that option is.

Anyway, I was glad to find this forum and will do my best to SEARCH before I post questions.

Welcome! Let's see how long you can hold out before the mod bug hits you

I'm from the Dallas/FW area as well, Denton actually, but lived and worked
in Downtown for sometime before moving to the "burbs".
