My Ride: 2009 535i Sport
Model Year: 2009
Engine: N54
Downpipe Install in Texas
I'm checking to see if there are any techs or shops in Texas (North, East, or Central) that can install a set of VRSF ******* downpipes on my 535i.
I'm an experienced home mechanic but I do not have the desire or time to take on the install. I got a quote from a local shop that was more than I paid for the pipes themselves, so figuring there may be an reputable indy shop experienced with these pipes or a tech who would be interested.
Please PM me if you are interested, or have any referrals to a place that did a good job for a good price on your E60 downpipes.
(PS - if anyone knows of a DIY install guide for 535i downpipes that would be great too - all I can find is 335i videos/steps).

Give ABR in Houston a call. They are a pretty legit group of BMW enthusiasts who specialize in the N54 and N55 engine. When I've PM'd Alex with questions he was straight up with me and steered me in the right direction.

My Ride: 2008 535i premium package, sport package
Please update if you find a place to do it. I have never had a vehicle in the shop but this looks like one thing I would rather not do if someone competent will for a good price.
